Roman has twenty-six-years’ experience in business development and technical roles working both with, and for,

government agencies in Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Deeply experienced in technical development, rollout and sales and an excellent economic understanding at all levels gained from his entrepreneurial history and closing deals with governmental, law enforcement, and military agencies.

Roman has an MBA of Economics from the Kyiv National Economics University and a Master of International Information,

Institute of International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Roman is responsible for business development globally, learning and advising of customers specific requirements, helping to develop the latest innovations, and ensuring excellent pre, during and after sales customer service.
