CAREERS

"At the WRAITH Group, our people are our greatest and most valuable asset"

OLIVIA PRICE, GROUP CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

CAREERS AT THE WRAITH GROUP (WRAITH RDC + GROUP ROLES)

At the WRAITH Group of companies, we do not build ordinary products. We build mission-critical capability where performance, safety, and reliability are paramount. Our work is created for demanding environments and high-stakes outcomes, and we hold ourselves to uncompromising standards in everything we do.

We are always interested in exceptional people who want to be part of the WRAITH family and build a long-term career, not just work a job. If you take pride in your craft, thrive in disciplined environments, and want to be part of something that genuinely matters, we would love to hear from you.

WE ONLY RECRUIT AND RETAIN THE BEST

WRAITH is a high-performance organisation. We look for people who bring:

  • High standards and pride in their work
  • Personal accountability and a “get it right first time” mindset
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
  • Calm execution under pressure and a commitment to quality
  • The ability to work as part of a team that dictates the pace of delivery

This is not an environment for average effort. We operate with urgency, precision, and discipline. If you are ambitious, capable, and ready to be ALL IN, ALL THE TIME, this is where you can build something exceptional.

A SECURE, PROFESSIONAL WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Operational security is critical at WRAITH due to the nature of the work we do.

Many roles involve sensitive information, equipment, or processes. All successful candidates must be able to pass pre-employment screening (including DBS) and demonstrate discretion, integrity, and a professional approach to confidentiality.

HOW WE RECRUIT

WRAITH does NOT use recruitment agents, employment agencies, or third-party advertisers. We do not advertise vacancies anywhere else.

The ONLY official WRAITH job adverts are published on the official WRAITH websites. If a role is not listed here, it is not an official WRAITH vacancy. This protects candidates and ensures the integrity of our recruitment process.

If you ever have concerns about the legitimacy of a job advert claiming to represent WRAITH, please do not engage with it. Instead, refer back to this website careers pages and apply only through the instructions provided on the official WRAITH website.

HOW TO APPLY

To apply, please follow the instructions in the career advertisement and submit:

  • A full curriculum vitae/ résumé detailing your career history.
  • A cover letter explaining why you are the perfect candidate and why you want to join the WRAITH family (applications with a cover letter will not be considered).

Outstanding applicants who are unsuccessful when they apply may have their details retained and matched to future opportunities.

Thank you for your interest in WRAITH. If you share our standards, our pace, and our commitment to excellence, we look forward to hearing from you.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We take recruitment seriously because our work is mission-critical and our standards are high. Our process is designed to be professional, fair, and focused on capability and fit.

STEP 3: SCREENING AND SHORTLIST

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a structured screening stage. This may include an initial call to confirm availability, baseline suitability, and role alignment.

STEP 4: ROLE ASSESSMENT (ROLE SPECIFIC)

To ensure we hire the best candidate, most roles include an assessment stage. This may be a practical test, a technical task, a portfolio review, or a scenario exercise (details below). This is how we maintain high standards and protect the pace and quality of the business.

ASSESSMENTS EXAMPLES (BY ROLE TYPE)

To maintain WRAITH standards, most roles include an assessment stage:

  • Welding/Fabrication roles: practical weld/ fabrication test
  • Engineering roles: CAD/ technical task or problem-solving case
  • Quality roles: scenario-based quality case study
  • Planning/Warehouse roles: scenario-based planning/ logistics exercise
  • Publications/Illustration roles: portfolio review and/ or practical task
  • Support roles: practical assessment and references where appropriate

STEP 5: INTERVIEW (STRUCTURED)

Operational security is critical at WRAITH. Successful candidates must be able to pass pre-employment screening (including DBS) and demonstrate discretion, integrity, and a professional approach to confidentiality.

STEP 7: INTERVIEW (INFORMAL)

You may be asked in for an informal interview focused on culture and ensuring you are a good fit for the WRAITH family.

STEP 8: OFFER AND ONBOARDING

If successful, you will receive a formal offer and a structured onboarding plan aligned to our operating cadence and standards.
