RICHARD MATTHEWS

Richard bring extensive experience of the defence and engineering sector gained from a thirty-four-year career spanning functional and senior roles working on four continents within the British Army, GEC Marconi (BAE Systems Electronics Limited), BAe (British Aerospace PLC), AECOM, and as an independent contractor.He has previously worked with several governments, BAE Systems, QinetiQ, Raytheon, and the UK and other nations’ MODs.

Able to shape an organisation, deliver world-class products and services, motivate an expert and diverse team, and manage both change and the organisations resources skilfully for the short-, medium-, and long-term. 

Richard is a Master of Engineering (Meng) having studied Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering at several academic institutions including Brunel University.

Winner of the “Most Outstanding Exporter”Award from UKTI (United Kingdom Trade & Investment) in 2007. 

Responsible for the vision, strategy, and development of the entire group.

Richard sits on the Board of Directors, is a shareholder and is a co-founder of the Group.
