Luke offers nineteen years’ experience in computer aided design (CAD), engineering, operational and sales in both functional and managerial roles. Working with a variety of brands such as Caterpillar, General Electric, Jaguar, the Winder Power Group and UK MOD.

Experienced in managing a multi skilled engineering workforce in high volume production environments to ISO standards. Regarded as a subject matter expert for production HSE compliance, processes and procedures.

Luke is a qualified AutoCAD engineer having studied with City & Guilds and holds several management and industry related qualifications.

Holds responsibility for coordinating and delivering all facilities and operations.

Luke sits on the Board OF Directors and is a shareholder.
