Glyn is a uniquely qualified Human Resources professional with twenty-nine-years’ experience in the defence and engineering sectors. With a successful career serving in functional and senior management roles working worldwide for organisations including Generator Power Group, the UK MOD and Winder Power Group.

Expert in managing all aspects of a high growth business of over one thousand personnel having successfully introduced every process of recruitment, training and career management previously to high acclaim.

Glyn is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD) and has qualified in several disciplines related to health and safety, payroll and personnel management.

Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment, retention, policies, programmes, practices, health, safety and welfare throughout the organisation.

Glyn sits on the Board of Directors and is a shareholder.
