ARRON FLINT

Arron brings a unique blend of skills offering twenty-two years of experience in functional and managerial roles in the defence and manufacturing industries. Working in Europe, Great Britain the Middle East with the UK MOD and global brand Unilever.

Highly experienced in managing high volume production processes and tracked armoured vehicles. Conforming to HSE compliance and continuous improvement programmes. 

Arron studied as an electrical and mechanical engineer with City & Guilds serving an apprenticeship to full qualification on tracked and armoured vehicles. He also holds several management and industry related qualifications.

Holds production responsibility for all platforms being constructed in the business and general management of the group's main production facility..

Arron sits on the Board of Directors and is a shareholder.
